WordPress Maps ~ I am just a little bit obsessed by them….

As the title suggests, I am genuinely far too excited by the world map views we get with WordPress. I love them. It’s the first thing I check if looking at my stats page. It is fair to say that I am Somewhat Obsessed.

I’ve discovered new countries I never even knew existed! Shameful but true. I would have thought New Caledonia was somewhere in the direction of Canada & Alaska, but no, it’s a glorious looking place in the southwest Pacific. Here’s a pic of it, courtesy of Bing…

Here’s the proof of my visit from a New Caledonian (?)

I’ve had days when all my visitors’ flags were made up of a combination of either red, white or blue. That made me happy.

Then I’ve had days when I’ve had visits from countries from nearly all continents (although I’m using my knowledge of the boardgame Risk to define continents). That also made me happy.

I could go on (and on, and on).  Seriously. But I won’t. Just yet…
